It has been a long while since my last post (for various good reasons I assure you), but I read this article in MensHealth and had to share it with you.

If you tend to scarf down all your meals, healthy meals or not, you may be hurting your weight loss efforts. We’ve all done it, some more than others, but if you follow some of the tricks in this article you’ll be a fat burning machine once again.

With our busy lives today, we often don’t get to sit down to dinner with our family, friends, roommates and have a real conversation over a delicious meal (this is one of the tricks in the article). Instead, we scarf a meal down in front of the TV, computer, or while we’re still working!
