Kirkland personal trainer’s festive Pumpkin Pump-Up Boot Camp!

Last weekend we held our annual challenging Pumpkin Pump-Up Boot Camp in Kirkland. Not only was this an hour long boot camp session, but all boot campers had to bring a hefty pumpkin to use throughout the entire workout!

It was a great way to kick off the holiday season by incorporating the pumpkin in push-ups, squats, wood chops, and burpees (yes, you can do burpees with a pumpkin!!).

I’m sure many of you have pumpkins sitting around at home, just waiting to be used for your at home workout! And, if you want to see how it’s done, just check out these pictures below…
