I have 3 years of experience with personal training, including but not limited to workout routines, proper form and technique, with a background in weight training, cycling, Zumba, dance, yoga, pole fitness, running, and climbing. I am passionate about health & wellness, and I love working with and encouraging people to push themselves and accomplish their goals. My vision is to enrich and better people's lives through health and fitness guidance, and create an energetic community. I believe in the potential to change, grow, and be the best versions of ourselves, both in our community and in our own personal journey.
