Kirkland Personal Trainer’s Health and Nutrition Talk

We’ve been super busy getting the new studio set up, so this post is a little late, but we held our very first health talk with Pamela Ridgway, Certified Health and Nutrition coach, two weeks ago at Everyday Athlete! For those of you who missed it, Pamela did a great job leading the talk “Eating for Energy” and provided lots of great information about getting enough sleep, awesome super foods (Quinoa, anyone?) and lots more.

We also introduced our brand new “Fit and Fabulous” program, a collaboration between Embody Health and Pamela Ridgway of Marathon Health and Wellness. This is a great new comprehensive 12 week program that includes fitness training at Embody Health and health and nutrition coaching with Pamela.
